- MARIA NEKDirector, European Cultural Academy, VENICEMaria has 15+ years of experience in culture and education sector. In 2023 she was included in the Dutch register of Top Vrouwen (= "top women"), a joint initiative with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Employers' Federation VNO-NCW. She organised several art exhibitions in Venice and worked at the European Cultural Centre, 2nd largest foundation in Venice after the Biennale.
