From Bellini to the Biennale. Venice as the exhibition backdrop.
Laura Tinti, Senior Art Educator for the Venice Biennale, Professor at the Polimoda Institute in Florence, organizer of collateral events for the Swiss pavilion.
Learn why Venice Biennale has become the epicentre of contemporary art, its current place in the art eco-system and get an introduction to the city's creative scene.

La Biennale di Venezia: Structure and organization.
Alexandra Laqueur, Managing Director, European Cultural Academy
You learn how to organize national pavilions and how to become a part of the parallel programme and satellite events. Who are the decision-makers, what are the rules and regulations? We review successful examples and case studies.

Sunday: Organizing art projects in Venice.
Lucia Pedrana, Senior exhibition organizer at European Cultural Centre (national pavilions, collateral and satellire events)
Hands-on presentation followed by a Q&A session that gives you practical insights on funding, logistics, timeline and locations.

Moderated group session
